G is for Garden

Time in our garden is always time well spent! Learners just finished planting veggies that will be ready just in time for a fall harvest when they return from summer break.

Keep your little learners busy all summer long with our ABC Alphabet cards for writing and fine motor practice.

Here in the Little Red Schoolhouse we grow & harvest a variety of vegetables to study, journal, and cook using various mediums. We explore the health benefits and phytonutrients of each vegetable and create rich, hands-on learning opportunities for our students.

One of our favorite things to “grow & cultivate” with our learners is kindness and love! We like to think that here in our Little Red Schoolhouse we plant smiles, grow kindness, and harvest love!
