Mother/child Dreamcatcher Workshop in the Little Red Schoolhouse
We had such a fun day celebrating Native American Heritage Month at our Mama/child Dreamcatcher workshop! These mother/child teams did an amazing job creating dreamcatchers of their own, after reading some of our favorite books learning all about the rich culture and heritage of the Native American Indians.
Fry Bread Read-Aloud
Students loved using all of their senses learning about the rich culture and heritage of Native American Indians, including baking and tasting some fry bread of our own!
