Making memories with our mother/child Vision Board workshop!

We loved hosting this amazing group of mamas & their sweet daughters, who are dreaming big for 2022, and creating positive intentions for mind, body, and spirit. Way to go girls!!

Mama’s and their daughters kicked off the new year by writing a list of intentions, goal setting, and choosing one word mantras that embody what’s important to them for the new year. I’m so proud of those little ladies for stretching themselves in 2022 and creating these beautiful vision boards!

Mamas and their daughters had lots of fun crafting their inspired vision boards by tearing beautiful craft paper and gluing paper, photos, and meaningful words to create beautiful vision boards!
