Learning about Carrots
Students had fun learning all about the history & origin of carrots, as well as the many amazing health benefits of carrots, including their healing, cleansing, and antiseptic properties! We took our knowledge from our text by planting carrots & tomatoes in “companion planting” and harvested some carrots for baking our carrot muffins!
